Linda Kaufman Kerber (born January 23, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York)〔(www.historians.org )〕〔(prabook.org )〕 is an American feminist intellectual historian and educator who specializes in the history and development of the democratic mind in America, and the intellectual history of women in America.
==Education==
The daughter of Harry Hagman and Dorothy Haber Kaufman, Kerber received a B.A. from Barnard College (1960), an M.A. from New York University (1961), and her Ph.D. from Columbia University (1968). She married her high school sweetheart Richard Kerber, a medical student.
